There was a season in my life where everything looked like motion, but inside, I felt stuck. I was building, creating, showing up every day—but I often asked myself: Am I clear on where I’m going, or am I just moving because I don’t know how to stop?
The truth is, I was doing a lot. But clarity isn’t about activity. It’s about alignment.
I’ve always been a curious person. I read books, listen to podcasts, and write to reflect. I love asking questions—of myself, of others, of the world. But even with all that exploration, I realized something was missing: direction. I wasn’t lost. I was between identities.
Let Me Explain:
Clarity isn’t something you find once and keep forever. It’s something you build by living, learning, and listening to your inner voice. But in the noise of ambition, expectations, and self-doubt, that voice can get drowned out.
I had to go inward. I had to ask hard questions:
- What do I truly care about?
- What kind of impact do I want to make?
- What does success look like for me, not for the world?
And more importantly—what breaks my heart enough to make me want to do something about it?
Let’s Deep Dive:
The Thrill of Self-Discovery
What started as confusion became curiosity. I wasn’t broken. I was evolving. Like a sculptor chipping away at stone, I began to shape my identity by removing what didn’t belong. Slowly, my values became clear: wisdom, faith, community, wellness, integrity, and creativity.
Clarity came through action. Not perfect action—just movement. I created my podcast to think out loud. I started a newsletter to reflect weekly. I launched platforms like KOMM to help others build and grow their communities. In doing so, I discovered more about myself than I ever could by just thinking.
Bringing It Home:
Clarity doesn’t come in a lightning bolt. It comes in whispers. It grows when you pay attention, when you slow down enough to ask yourself better questions, and when you stay honest about the gap between who you are and who you’re becoming.
Today, I am not just a founder or a creator. I am a lifelong learner. A community builder. A storyteller. And most of all, someone committed to helping others evolve and shine—all the way.
Your Turn:
What season are you in? Are you chasing clarity or building it?
Take a moment this week to write down your values, your curiosities, and your questions. Start there. That’s how the journey begins.
Learning never stops.
Take a moment to reflect and act on what resonates with you.
Keep Shinning.
